A good stepping stone to an office or administrative manager role. This is a hybrid role with admin, sales, and marketing responsibilities.


  • Full-time position or part-time position
  • Assist with operational and administrative needs (scheduling, booking, billing, communications, etc.)
  • Work with and improve proprietary online management system and internal information database
  • Create marketing materials and handle office renovations and decor
  • Compensation: P10,000 to P30,000 a month


  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Google Docs, Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience as EA highly preferred but not required
  • Willingness to work in BGC and on weekends & holidays
